Exceptional staff, willing to work with me, brought other diamonds in, post sale help!! by Steve Engel (Pricescope member 2Bmarried), 3/20/2004 I worked with Mark & David at IDG on Morse Rd. Mark was my initial contact and was there through everything. David (the manager) was available when Mark was not, and they communicated with each other about what was going on with me. Their service, patience, and understanding were excellent. We got on a first name basis with each other, which makes everything much more personable & at ease. Their prices on AGS certified diamonds were better than everybody else's in the Columbus, Ohio area. Believe me, I checked around EVERYWHERE! They showed me a list of diamonds in their multi-store inventory that matched the criteria I had. They brought diamonds in from other stores so that I could do a visual inspection of my own. I gave Mark some pretty tight specs of the diamond I was lookig for & he pulled through for me. After the sale, support has been wonderful & I will continue to do more shopping at IDG. Their sale prices on diamonds remain pretty close and competitive with prices you can find through online vendors on Pricescope. They are certainly lower than all other brick & mortar jewelers around here. I highly recommend them and will not buy a diamond from any other jeweler in Columbus!!! |
