After walking the entire block we were exhausted and brow beaten. No one would listen to my specific requests. When we walked onto his store we were greeted calmly and professionally. We could feel the years of expertise all around us. No high pressure sales pitches, no begging, no bull. We felt comfortable enough with them to have my ring shipped down to Florida.
