Discriminatory,disturbing, and unproffesional by Anonymous, 5/19/2004 Dear Cresent Jewelers, Rick Cody, the store partner at 1689 Arden Way, 1013 Sacramento, California was incosiderate, rude and discriminatory toward my girlfied and I durning our visit to one of your stores. He became irrate and hostile while trying to sell us an engagement ring. When we reminded him that we were just looking around he cut us off, put his hand up as to silence us and yelled, "you just told me a minute ago you were going to pay!" At that point we felt threatened and violated. He then muttered under he breath, and ran off to the back of the store. This behavior made it clear he was no longer interested in our buisness. This experience severly upset my 5 month pregnant girlfriend. She wanted to go home, which destroyed our day preparing for what should have been a great experience. We will never shop at your company again, and will let anyone we know how we were treated by your employees.I will follow this complaint up with a letter, and a phone call to make sure Rick Cody doesn't get the oppurtunity to ruin another couple's experience shopping for engagment rings. |
