I have never felt more at home or informed while shopping for an engagement ring by Anonymous, 9/13/2004 Tom Neville had great knowledge about rings. I loved the "lesson" that he gave us about the diamonds. I did not realize how important it is to know about the diamond you are buying. It is more than big and beautiful. My favorite aspect of the visit was him leaving my boyfriend and me alone to look at the settings. This took pressure off both of us and we could discuss things without someone looking over our shoulder. Thanks to Tom for being so friendly and helpful. Incredible value, incredible products by Anonymous, 9/12/2004 Tom Neville was a dream to work with. He was patient, informative and created a magnificent heirloom piece that appraised at nearly double the pirce paid! The workmanship is excellent, as is the customer service. I will use him for all my fine jewelry needs and recommend him to EVERYONE. He has handled repairs and service on my piece with competence and speed. |
