A store with a heart by Alison, 9/7/2004 I was looking for a very hard to find watch and had called all over the country looking for it. I wanted to give it to my fiancee as an engagement/birthday gift. I was lucky enough to have one of the owners answer the phone, and to my surprise, she actually called me back to tell me they had found the watch. Most stores, especially chain stores, have very limited customer service. I had called a large watch store, Tourneau, and I had to call back 3 times and talk to 3 different people to find out they didn't carry the watch I was looking for. The people at Churchill's actually took the time to listen to my store, and cared enough to try and help me find the watch I wanted. They were honest, and wonderful to work with. I would buy from them again and again, and would recommend them to anyone. These are very honest jewelers. They have the most beautiful store in Santa Barbara. by Anonymous, 3/19/2004 I bought an estate ring for my girlfirend and a Mont Blanc pen case and pen. A friend bought me a Rolex there. The staff seem very knowledgable. They have a very good reputation and have been in business for 80 years. |
