I highly recommend Tiffany & CO by Anonymous, 9/6/2004 I would highly recommend Tiffany & CO to anyone looking for a beautiful diamond ring along with customer service second to none. My husband I had done our research and had gone to numerous jewelry stores in our town and had not found any diamonds and platinum settings that we liked. I had always heard that Tiffany had high quality gemstones and on a lark I did a web search and found their website and there was the ring I had been looking for, a very plain platinum setting with a marquise diamond. It was simple and elegant with no distracting side stones, we decided to see what the fuss was all about with Tiffany and when we went to the Cherry Creek store I found the ring we had been looking for. It is a beautiful 1.24 carat marquise diamond set in platinum. The price of the diamond and setting was very competitive with the other jewlers, we were surprised by this as we had thought that Tiffany was out of our price range. The ring took longer than planned to receive back from New York (where it was sized) and the general manager actually took time out of his day to deliver my ring. He offered to deliver it our home but we agreed to meet halfway between the store and where we live. Would other jewelers offer this kind of service? I doubt it.... I have been very impressed with their customer service, the sale was made and they still treated us extremely well. This is the reason I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tiffany & CO, they are there to stand behind their sale and they value their customers. |
