Irma's Jewelry Creations Inc
Service disintegrated by Anonymous, 9/25/2004 I was a long-time customer of Irma's Jewelry until several incidents occurred. I had given Tony some jewelry to be appraised and a necklace to be repaired. The items were not ready when Tony told me they would be. It took constant badgering, and more than 1 month, before he returned my articles. As far as the appraisal is concerned, he underestimated the articles by more than one-half. I subsequently had them appraised by 2 other companies, independently of one another, and got appraisals of a much greater value and which were nearly identical to one another. The difference was more than $18,000. After reading other former customers' comments, I feel very lucky to have gotten my items back at all. Irma's Stolen My Diamond by Anonymous, 7/16/2004 I had a diamond on consignment at Irma's. I have made numerious calls to them in trying to recover the diamond since the fire. I did receive a call indicating that they had the diamond and would schedule a time to return it to me. Then months later I received a call indicated that there would be a settlement from an insurance company. To make a long story short, I never received the diamond or the settlement. They stole from me!!! I have engaged a lawyer to recover my loses. I gave Irma's $47,000 for a ring which I have yet to receive.Two years is too long to wait by Dr. Virginia Arndt, 3/19/2004 In March of 2002, I gave Tony $47,000 to purchase a large emerald-cut diamond. I received nothing! He repaid me with several bad checks, a few good ones. As of this date, March 19, 2004, I am owed $16,200. I am very ill with cancer and want my refund! His lawyer won't even return my lawyer's phone calls. Help! I was a good customer for 19 years!!! I trusted them-Irma's. What a lesson to learn!! you have my money jewelry and don't call back, esp someone i considered a friend, Tony jr. by roseann , 3/11/2004 i am disappointed because i thought these people. the owners, esp one of them, tony jr., was a friend of ;mine i was devasted to hear of the fire, i have been very understanding, but noone returns m;y calls, my jewelry or anything !!! what is up???? i'd like to know you know how to reach me |
