Long time cutomer...Puzzle rings by Anonymous, 7/31/2004 Purchased my first puzzle ring from Jose Grant almost 28 years ago. It was a 12 band silver. Few years later got a gold with diamonds. Whenever I wear it , there are compliments and questions. Always fun to give the history of the ring and Joe. My son just purchased a couple of silver rings on the web site...Arrived in two days, and still have the same great quality. J. Sherman Jose Grant suks by Vito, 4/17/2004 A week ago I brought the ring to repair, to size and to replace missing diamond. It was fixed and I was happy. Two days later the very same diamond fell out. How do I know? Because new diamond was much better quality. Of course, I brought ring back to fix it, and was told that I don’t have to pay for it, but when I came to pick it up I was surprised, I was asked to pay for it. After 30 min. of conversation with Nick I payed half price and left. I am still convinced, that I was charged twice for the same job. I can prove it. Second time, job has been done by Nick. Of course he don’t want to admit that, first time somebody, or maybe Nick himself, did the lousy job. I am very disappointed. A Classic that is still going by Bret WIllat, Warner Springs Ca, 4/1/2004 I have worn a puzzle ring since junior high school and when it came time to marry, well we both have puzzle rings. They are unique. Some 18 years ago we were in Stamford and visited Jose Grant, they saw that one of my wife's diamonds were missing and replaced it at no charge. After 24 years my wife's ring has broken and there is no one else we would trust to fix it. |
