Intrigue Jewelers, Gwinnett Place Mall -- EXTREMELY HOSTILE WITH RETURNS/EXCHANGES by Anonymous, 6/22/2004 At first, I believed that the staff was knowledgeable and friendly, making me feel comfortable about purchasing jewelery at their store. I have purchased multiple items at their store over the last few years, and never questioned the veracity of any of the information they relayed to me. However, after placing a cash deposit on a wedding set, I contacted my mother, who informed me that my Grandmother and Uncle had already purchased our wedding set, and were going to surprise us. I immediately returned to the store (only 45 minutes had lapsed since I left) and was met with severe hostility from the sales agent and the owner. I firmly believe that their true character was thus displayed, and will never purchase another item from this store, as I no longer have any trust in their overall honesty. |
