Like shopping at a mainland family jeweler you've know for years but just met !!!! by Ronna Soajima, 3/31/2004 We pruchased a Hawaiian gold bangle from Kay. She was patient with the whole process. We visited her 4 times in the week we were in Hawaii. I wanted to make sure my purchase was exactly what I wanted. The bangle has the flowers of Hawaii and she fit to my wrist exactly and engraved it for us too. This bracelet was my anniversary present so it had to be right. We fell upon her store by accident, it is a ways off the main streets of Waikiki . We were looking for tattoo shops and she was in the same little shopping complex downstairs. I highly recomend going to her rather than the market or high end jewelers there because she is personable and patient and fare. She treats you like you are a long time customer and she makes you want to come back and only purchase your jewelry from someone you trust. we even took a picture w/her. I hope even though we are thousands of myles away in Seattle , that we can continue to do business with her. I only bought one peice of jewelry but I hope to buy more. Thank you so much Kay for making our experience pleasant and memorable. |
