Quality merchandise that is guaranteed by Douglas Michael, 7/27/2004 I purchased a beautiful gold ring that was inlaid with pink coral and mother of pearl. After being back home, in Texas, for a few weeks my wife was upset to find a piece of coral had fallen out. We could not find it ! I called Jade Tree and was happy to find that they would have the ring repaired ! What a relief. We got the ring back, repaired to our satisfaction ! It took 3 months, but Jade Tree honored their word ! |
