The owner Rob is terrible..... I was attempting to pick up watches left for repair. by Ernie Lemas 208 344.0288, 6/11/2004 I left my very expensive Concorde' watch and an Accutron watch approximately 2-3 months ago for repair. I called on June 2nd and inquired about my watches and Rob told me the Accutron had just arrived and he would call me back as soon as he found out the cost to repair the watch. He also said he would contact the Concorde Company and inform me of the progress. I received no call. On Wednesday,June 9th, I dropped by Sexty's and left a message with his receptionist to call me. No Call... Today, June 11th. my friend Jeff and I were downtown and decided to drop by the store to inquire why I had not heard from Rob regarding both watches. He got very abusive said he could not locate the Accutron watch and had no information on the Concorde' watch. I said I want the Accutron which he had informed me it arrived last week. Rob at that point ordered me out of the store and said he was going to physically remove me. I replyed, " I don't think that would be a good idea". Rob called 911, the police arrived and spoke with both me and Rob separately. The conclusion was , I am forbidden to come back to Sexty's or I will be arrested for trespassing. How am I to get my watches returned? |
