Very disappointed. They refused to refund part of a large purchase within 30 days. by Anonymous, 6/29/2004 Nice store, but when we tried to return something for a refund within 30 days (part of a larger purchase) they refused. Seems a lousy, customer-unfriendly policy. It seemed like they didn't care about keeping me as a customer. Instead, they were more interested in keeping my short-term money. |
