Informational, knowledgeble staff, pleasant experience, comfortable experience by Anne Hutson, 5/28/2004 Staff is terrific, knowledgible, patient, very friendly. I like the personal attention they provide in the room setting. We requested stones to review - they had these ordered and delivered the next day for viewing - very quick. The only thing that concerned me a great deal, was the wait time for the rings. 7 days for engagement ring, and up to 4 weeks for wedding bands seem excessive. When my rings we're due, they were not ready. |
