Can you say rude? by Anonymous, 6/23/2004 Because that is how I was treated when going in for a repair at this store. Now don't get me wrong, they have some beautiful pieces and seem to employ excellent jewelers - but they are not the most pleasant people. I had a ring repaired, which was made with high quality CZs rather than natural diamonds. I was insulted by the owner and treated like a second class citizen. Keep in mind that even in CZ it was a $400 ring. If you are looking for a one of a kind piece, they have some stunners, but don't expect to make a friend. |
