Friendly one-on-one personel that made a nerve-racking experience a walk in the park! by Randy, 8/23/2004 Buying an engagement ring is no easy task, however with the help of the Staff at Papalian's Jewelers, it could not have been any easier or more comforting. The shop was easy to find in Plaistow, NH even though I was not familiar with the area. My first words upon entering were "I've never done this and I have no clue what I am doing". I was answered with a grin, a handshake and a "Don't worry, we'll take care of you" Mr. Papalian walked me through the process showing me many examples of rings on all levels of the spectrum. He gave me some history of diamonds and explained what to look for in a quality diamond. It was quite the education and I felt like a pro when I left. I felt at ease and that I was being treated as a friend and he was very genuine. I proposed to my girlfriend this passed weekend and she almost fainted at what a beautiful ring I got her. I can say nothing but good things about Papalian's products and staff. A+++ |
