The Worst. Billing is a disaster and the service is even worse. Shut off service.. get IDT by Anonymous, 3/25/2004 We had an ongoing problem with the bill and I was told a person would contact me within two work days. No call came and they shut our service off. Dialing a 9 is rediculous and your bills will be worse than you could imagine. Add to this that if they unexpectedly turn off your service, you cannot call the operator, 911 or any other emergency numbers. We have a 7 month old baby that just went through a series of operations and now we have no way to dial out. Great service! Get IDT... it is a flat rate and you know exactly what to expect every month. I will get this done in the morning. Management in our area seems to try to monopolize certain services or at least try to. Unfortunately, they don't get quality vendors to service their large tenant community. Don't use this company. Oh, their T1 service is equally as bad, but you have no choice. Thanks.... |
