HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE by Drew, 5/20/2004 PROS - None CONS - Pushy sales staff, rude manager, very questionable sales tactics and pricing, authenticity of goods is in doubt, basically everything you want to avoid in a jeweler. I absolutely DO NOT recommend setting foot in this store. I definitely won't waste any more of my time there. HORRIBLE - Dishonest Service by Alex, 5/17/2004 Claimed to have repressurized my Tag watch when they replaced the battery. One week later, condensation was all over the interior of the face. When I went back to the store to deal with them, they indicated the repressurization has to be done at a different location. Funny, the first time I was there, they just took the watch to the back and did it on site. They tried giving me the run around, but ultimately Amex took care of everything. |
