very poor customer service by Anonymous, 5/20/2004 Jimmie the salesperson was fine until he got my money, then when I noticed that my diamonds on my ring which was sized down were loose, he became crass and arrogant. He seemed to have replaced one of the original diamonds with a lower grade, different colored diamond. I will be reporting this to the BBB and I have taken my future purchases to Zales. |
